About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 3, 2007 No. 994
According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2007 No. 209 "About lottery activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for examination of security from unauthorized access, modification, copying, plunder, destruction of information and other similar actions program, hardware-software, the hardware used when carrying out lotteries, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in appendix 2 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 3, 2007 No. 994 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2007 No. 209" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 196, 5/25613; 2010, No. 81, 5/31547) following change and amendment:
in Item 8 of the word "for a period of two years" shall be replaced with words "acting during the entire period of carrying out lottery";
add Item 9 with part four of the following content:
"In case of modification in program, hardware-software, the hardware used when carrying out lotteries, the organizer of lottery shall receive the new expert opinion on complexes program, hardware-software, the hardware used when carrying out lotteries about security from unauthorized access, modification, copying, plunder, destruction of information and other similar actions.".
2. This resolution becomes effective in three months after its official publication.
