Article 1. "About road payment" to state article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-203 of March 3, 1998 in the following edition:

"Article 8. Rates of payment for advertizing on highways

1. The payment for advertizing on highways is levied on the following annual rates:

1) for each square meter of the billboard placed on roads of interstate appointment - 10000 dram,

2) for each square meter of the billboard placed on roads of republican appointment - 7500 dram,

3) in case of placement of social advertizing on the billboards placed on roads of interstate and republican appointment – 0 dram.

2. For each square meter of the empty billboards placed on roads of interstate and republican appointment the payment in the amount of 25% of the payment established respectively by Items 1 or 2 of part of 1 this Article is levied.

3. If the advertizing distributor extending outdoor advertizing on roads of interstate and republican appointment placed and extended advertizing of the organization, then for each square meter the payment in the amount of 10% of payment, stipulated in Item 1 part of 1 this Article is levied.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective in 3 months from the date of official publication.
