Some questions of pension payment, monetary assistance and salary to employees of budgetary institutions

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Determine that authorized banks which about day of entry into force of this resolution were determined by winners of tender on the right of pension payment of the monetary assistance and the salary to employees of budgetary institutions and in three-months time did not provide fulfillment of requirements of this resolution, stop accomplishment of functions of authorized bank based on the solution of tender committee on the termination of functions of authorized bank by banks.

3. Provide to the Ministry of Finance:

in two-month time reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution;

in three-months time carrying out competitive selection of authorized banks through which pension payment, the monetary assistance and the salary to employees of budgetary institutions will be performed.

3-1. To the ministries, another central and to local executive bodies within a month from the moment of decision making by tender committee by determination of authorized banks in coordination with trade-union body (the trade-union representative), and in case of absence of such body - with authorized representatives (representative) of workers to determine authorized banks and to sign with them agreements on salary payment to employees of budgetary institutions, and also to recommend to the state collegiate organs determined by the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather national commissions performing state regulation of natural monopolies in the field of communication and informatization, the security markets and financial services" to sign the relevant agreements in the specified time.
