From appendix to the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 404 of 2.02.2011 about rates for the heat energy delivered to final consumers (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 22-24/128 of 4:02. 2011) to exclude S.A line item. "Termocom".
2. From the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 429 of 21.10.2011 about rates for production of electrical, heat energy and for the heat energy delivered to final consumers (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 182-186/1689 from 28.10.2011) to exclude Item 3.
3. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2016.
