About modification and the amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan directed to further enhancement of procedure for execution of cadastral documentation on real estate
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 3, 2016 No. 251 "About carrying out continuous inventory count of the real estate units belonging to physical persons and legal entities in the period of 2016-2017", and also for the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for execution of cadastral documentation on real estate the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Information analysis department concerning agricultural and water economy, conversion of agricultural products and consumer goods of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
