About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About consumer protection"

Article 1. ZR-197 of June 26, 2001 "About consumer protection" to add article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with part 6 of the following content:
"6. The consumer has the right to transfer the proceeding from the agreement or related dispute to court if such agreement which did not give reasonable opportunity to conduct negotiations on its conditions was signed with it, except for case when after emergence of dispute the arbitral agreement was signed, and the parties unconditionally agreed to transfer dispute to the decision of arbitral tribunal. Requirements of this part extend to any obligatory process which the right of the consumer take a legal action can be limited.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
