About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About road payment"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on November 19, 2014

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About road payment" of March 3, 1998 shall be replaced with words ZR-203 of the word "in the amount of 0,25 of percent" "in the amount of 0,15 of percent".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2015.

Calculation of penalty fee on unpaid to the introduction of this Law owing to payment amount for the unexpired 365th day following payment due date from the date of the introduction of this Law in force is charged in the amount of 0,15 of percent for each overdue day, before the expiration of the 365th day following payment due date.
