About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About road payment"

Article 1. In article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About road payment" (on March 3, 1998, ZR-203):
a) in the Item "heavyweight" shall be replaced with words the word "registered in other states heavyweight";
b) add Article with the Item "d" of the following content:
"e) fare on highways of the cargo vehicles registered in the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. To state the name of article 6 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 6. Rates of fare on highways of the heavyweight vehicles registered in other states".
Article 3. To add the law after Article 6 with Article 6-1 of the following content:
"Article 6-1. Rates of fare on highways of the cargo vehicles registered in the Republic of Armenia
The fare of cars with a loading capacity from 20 to 35 tons and more, registered in the Republic of Armenia, is estimated on the following monthly rates:
