1. Item 7 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 20, 2014 No. 31 "About the program of complex measures for building and reconstruction of Mr. Shakhrisabz of the Kashkadarya region" (2014, 8, the Art. 82) to state collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan to No. in the following edition:
"7. Recommend to commercial banks to allocate:
to customers and the contract organizations attracted to carrying out construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of the objects included in the Program - the credits on interest rate are not higher than refunding rate of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
to entrepreneurs and handicraftsmen - the credits for acquisition of the objects of entrepreneurship constructed in the territory of the historical area of Mr. Shakhrisabz, for a period of 15 years on interest rate are not higher than refunding rate of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
