Bring in the Procedure for provision of participant status of fighting to persons who protected independence sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out, No. 413 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 73, Art. 2068; 2015, No. 22, Art. 605, No. 50, Art. 1600, No. 68, Art. 2234; 2016, No. 35, the Art. 1360, No. 42, the Art. 1575, No. 68, the Art. 2281), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for provision of participant status of fighting to persons who protected independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out

1. Third Item 2 after the words "such voluntary forming" to add the paragraph with the words "according to the list determined by the anti-terrorist center under the SSU and the General Staff of Armed Forces".

2. Add the Procedure with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. The participant status of fighting is provided to persons specified in Item 2 presents of the Procedure in case of attraction them to conducting anti-terrorist operation for the term of at least 30 calendar days, including on set of days of stay in areas of its carrying out.
