In Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 4, 1995 No. 488 "About some changes of rather material security of prosecutors, courts, Tax Service, public authorities and other bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 15, the Art. 665, No. 41, Art. 2169; 2005, No. 27, Art. 1563; 2006, No. 20, Art. 1440; 2011, No. 85, of the Art. 3105) of the word of "surcharge for rank" shall be replaced with words "allowances for rank (special rank)".
