About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of rules of the organization of passenger traffic by road transport in the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 23, 2013 No. 519
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of administrative activities and ministerial procedures", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of the organization of passenger traffic by road transport in the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 23, 2013 No. 519 the following changes and amendments:
- in appendix 19 to Rules of the organization of passenger traffic by the road transport in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 18 of figure "45" to replace with figures "60";
- in Item 46:
in the first offer to replace the word of "ten" with the word of "thirty";
the second offer to declare invalid;
add with the second and third offers of the following content:
"Within ten days after the announcement of results of the tender Participant of Tender can file petition (claim) in the Commission.
The application (claim) of the Participant of tender to the decision of the Commission is considered by the Commission within two days. By results of consideration the Commission cancels the decision or upholds it.";
- add with Items 46-1 - 46-5 following contents:
"46-1. If the Participant of tender does not agree with the decision of the Commission, then within twenty calendar days from the date of receipt of results of consideration of the application (claim) by the Commission he can address page the statement (claim) the Organizer of tender.
