About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 40, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment systems and money transfer in Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of normative legal regulation of the activities connected with issue of the electronic means of payment and transactions performed with their use, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. In the paragraph the second Item 3 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 5, 2014 "About implementation of transactions with use of electronic means of payment" (with changes) words and figures "till May 31, 2017" shall be replaced with words No. 705 also in figures "till December 31, 2018".

2. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for issue of electronic means of payment and implementation of transactions with their use approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 5, 2014 No. 705, the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

in item 4:

after subitem 4 to add with the new subitem 5 of the following content:

"5) immediately - the shortest time during the working day in which shall be performed (to occur) the corresponding actions, from the moment of approach of the bases for their implementation".

With respect thereto subitems 5 - 13 to consider respectively subitems 6 - 14;
