Bring in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 26, 2015 No. 1105 "About approval of Rules of transfer of subscriber number in networks of cellular communication and Date of Introduction of service of transfer of subscriber number in networks of cellular communication" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12464, published on December 28, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. Transfer of subscriber number is performed by giving by the subscriber in service point of the recipient of the request for transfer of subscriber number in networks of cellular communication (further - the request) in form, according to appendix to these rules.
At the choice of the subscriber transfer of subscriber number is deposited no more than for 30 (thirty) calendar days.
Check of possibility of transfer of number according to the postponed request is performed for the date specified by the subscriber for transfer of number in the request.";
state Item 7 in the following edition:
"7. Transfer of subscriber number is performed in the presence of the following conditions:
1) correctness of filling of request in TsBDAN the recipient on transfer of subscriber number in networks of cellular communication. At the same time the correctness is understood as correctness and accuracy of filling of request according to the request;
