Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 25, 2015 No. 325 "About approval of Rules of use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 27-28, 168) the following changes and amendments:
in the Rules of use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies approved by the specified resolution:
3) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) the official humanitarian assistance of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the help gratuitously rendered by the Republic of Kazakhstan to other states for the purpose of liquidation of emergency situations of social, military, ecological, natural and technogenic nature in the territory of other states.";
add item 4 with subitem 1-1) of the following content:
"1-1) assignments from special reserve for the purposes determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
add Item 24 with part seven of the following content:
"In case of assignment from special reserve for the purposes determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the relevant state body submits the documents provided in this Item.";
