1. Make change to Item 1 of the Procedure for establishment to members of families of miners whose death was caused by labor accident or occupational disease, monthly pension supplement in connection with loss of the supporter approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 24, 2008 No. 862 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 74, of Art. 2485; 2009, No. 81, the Art. 2742), having replaced in the paragraph the second the words "manganese and uranium ores" with the words "manganese, uranium, magnesian (salts potassium-magnesium and salts magnesian) and ozokeritny ores".
2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of March 31, 2016 No. 1066-VIII "About modification of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About increase in prestigiousness of miner's work" concerning workers of kaliyevomagniyevy and ozokeritny mines".
