The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2009 No. 1317 "Questions of medico-social examination" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 95, Art. 3265; 2010, No. 65, Art. 2266; 2011, No. 55, Art. 2201; 2012, No. 42, Art. 1618; 2015, No. 57, the Art. 1869, No. 89, the Art. 2967) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2009 No. 1317

1. The fourth Item 10 of the Regulations on medico-social examination approved by the specified resolution after the word "Minsotspolitiki" to add the paragraph with words ", the Ministry of Defence, healthcare institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs".

2. In Regulations on the procedure, conditions and criteria of establishment of disability approved by the specified resolution:

1) to add the Provision with Item 19-2 of the following content:

"19-2. The causal relationship of disability with wound, contusion or the injuries sustained with direct participation in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out, to persons specified in Items 11 - 14 (except the military personnel (reservists, persons liable for call-up) and persons specified in Item 12 parts two of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantee of their social protection"), is established on the basis:

medical documents on the request for medical care with indication of circumstances of receipt of wound, contusion, mutilation;
