For the purpose of the prevention of cases of damage by citizens, the organizations and companies of air-lines of electricity transmission, electric cables, the electric equipment, networks and the equipment of communication the Government of the Republic of Moldova decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for compensation of the damage caused by violations of work of power networks (appendix N 1), and Regulations on procedure for compensation of the damage caused by violations of operation of air and cable communication lines, networks of radiofication, constructions and the equipment of communication, television and broadcasting (appendix N 2).
2. Determine that business entities, irrespective of patterns of ownership and departmental accessory, and the physical persons causing damage to power networks and the equipment, networks and the equipment of communication, radiofication, television and broadcasting will compensate it irrespective of, they are attracted or not to the criminal or administrative responsibility according to the current legislation.
3. To Moldenergo production association, the state company "Moldtelekom" and the Republican center of radio and television of the Ministry of information science, information and communication to use the amounts collected from business entities and physical persons according to the specified provisions, as follows:
To transfer 70 percent of the collected amounts of the income of the republican budget;
