In the ninth paragraph of part 2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About power industry" of June 13, 1998 No. 723 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 6, Article 384; 2003, No. 10, Article 582; 2007, No. 2, Article 87, No. 6, Article 601, No. 8, Article 769; 2008, No. 8, Article 719; 2010, No. 10, Article 848; 2011, No. 4, Article 290; 2012, No. 10, Article 953; 2013, No. 11, Article 1334; No. 2, Article 112, No. 5, Article 477) the words "perform within the powers the State agency of the Azerbaijan Republic on alternative both to renewable energy resources and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words 2014, "in the area connected with alternative and renewable energy performs the State agency of the Azerbaijan Republic on alternative and to renewable energy resources, in the field of observance of safety requirements - the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic".
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

2.2. in three-months time to provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with this Decree and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
2.3. control reduction of regulatory legal acts of the central executive bodies in compliance with this Decree and in five-months time to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on their execution;
