About price regulation (rates) for products of enterprise monopolists
In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Moldova of January 29, 1992 "About restriction of monopolistic activities and development of the competition" the Government of the Republic of Moldova decides:
1. Apply price regulation (rates) for products (services) of associations, the companies and the organizations monopolists (enterprise monopolists), irrespective of departmental accessory and patterns of ownership, by marginal establishment of prices (rates), fixed prices (rates), limiting coefficients of the change in price (rates), limits of profitability.
2. Approve the list of types of products (services) of enterprise monopolists by which price regulation (rates) according to appendix is performed.
3. To the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, State department on privatization in coordination with the interested ministries and departments to develop and submit for approval to the Government of the Republic of Moldova limit of profitability on industries, agricultural industry, construction, transport and service industry of the republic in a month.
4. Assign to the Ministry of Finance price regulation (rates) for products (services) of enterprise monopolists, control of strict observance of procedure for price fixation on the specified products (services) and justification of profit earning from its realization.
5. Exceeding or understating of level of regulated prices (rates) is violation of the state discipline of the prices.
