According to Item 58.1 of Article 58 of Chapter 4 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine, the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the Law of Ukraine of December 24, 2015 No. 909-VIII "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring balance of budget receipts in 2016" I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for the direction monitoring bodies of tax notifications decisions to taxpayers approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 28, 2015 No. 1204, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 22, 2016 for No. 124/28254, which are applied.
2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Romaniuk Yu. P.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
3. This order becomes effective in 10 days from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Makeeva O. L. and Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine Nasirov G. M.
