1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 8, 2014 No. 183 "About approval of the list of oil products on which state regulation of the prices" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 9959, No. 69 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of April 16, 2015 (27945)) the following change is established:
The list of oil products on which state regulation of the prices, approved by the specified order is established to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the direction of the copy of this order on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan within five working days from the date of receipt of the registered order;
3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies;
