About modification of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2012, No. 56, Art. 2238, No. 89, Art. 3606; 2013, No. 9, Art. 343, No. 35, Art. 1238; 2014, No. 24, Art. 735, No. 77, Art. 2196; 2015, No. 44, Art. 1396, No. 76, Art. 2522; 2016, No. 18, the Art. 721, No. 38, the Art. 1459), changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item of 27 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since September 30, 2016.

"1. The Cabinet of Ministers plans the work on basis and in pursuance of the Program of activities of the Cabinet of Ministers what develops for and approves the annual action plan on accomplishment of the specified Program, the main directions of economic policy of Ukraine, develops and submits the Verkhovna Rada the project of the Main directions of budget policy and the bill on the government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year, drafts of nation-wide programs, plans the rule-making activities, in particular on project development of regulatory acts.
