About modification of the Regulations on procedure for determination of agent banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for determination of agent banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 12, 2012 No. 6, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 4, 2012 at No. 1494/21806, such changes:

1) in the Section II:

in Item 1:

to add the subitem "b" after figures "341" with words ", with changes";

state the subitem "v" in the following edition:

"c) not have financial debt to Fund for payment of charges, penalties, penalty fee;";

in Item 2:

add the subitem "v" with words of the following content: "; restrictions concerning activities of bank by appointment of the curator of bank; convocation of general meeting of participants, the supervisory (supervising) board, board (board of directors) of bank for adoption of the plan of financial improvement; the conclusions of the written agreement with bank providing measures for accomplishment of the program of capitalization and/or entry into standard rates of the capital";

subitems "d" - "є" to exclude;

The second Item 3 of the Section III the word "lines" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph "foreign exchange position".
