According to Item 12, Item 13 of the Section X "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED 5 parts three of Article:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for determination of agent banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the decision of administrative board of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of December 25, 2003 No. 28 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for determination of agent banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 21, 2004 for No. 94/8693 (with changes).
3. To provide to department of the economic analysis and current monitoring together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
4. This decision becomes effective at the same time with the introduction in operation of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", but not earlier than day of its official publication.
