1. Recognize invalid Items 3. 4, 4.4 and 5.2 Instructions about import/export of cash by banks to the Republic Moldova / from the Republic of Moldova approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 340 of November 18, 1998 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 109-110, 219), with subsequent changes and amendments.
2. The last reports "The report on cash amounts of the money imported into the Republic of Moldova by resident banks and nonresidents" and "The report on cash amounts of the money exported from the Republic of Moldova by resident banks and nonresidents", constituted according to appendices No. 3 and 4 to the instruction specified in Item 1 of this resolution shall be provided for December, 2015 no later than January 10, 2016.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
