About recognition No. 25 which voided the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of January 24, 2008

According to paragraph one of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, and also for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation I order:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of January 24, 2008 No. 25 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the register of capacities (objects) and their operators", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 7, 2008 on No. 87/14778.

2. To department of public health (Ostashko S. I.) provide submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Peregints I. B.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
