About modification of the Regulations on procedure for determination of agent banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved 5 parts three of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for determination of agent banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 12, 2012 No. 6, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 4, 2012 at No. 1494/21806, such changes:

1) in the Section II:

in Item 1:

exclude the subitem "a".

With respect thereto subitems "b" - "з" to consider respectively subitems "a"-;

add Item with new subitems "z" - "і" the following content:

"h) compliance of structure of property of bank to the requirements for its transparency established by the National Bank of Ukraine;";

i) lack of the facts of application of Ukraine, foreign states or interstate associations or the international organizations of sanctions against banks or owners of essential participation within the last 12 months;

і) lack of dependence of bank on means of one creditor (not> 20% of general obligations of bank, except long-term).";

in Item 2:

state the subitem "b" in the following edition:

"b) not be subject to application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine in the relation:

restrictions, suspensions or the terminations of the transactions performed by bank on attraction of deposits (deposits) of means from physical persons;

for submission of the doubtful reporting in which material mistakes are revealed;
