Article 1. Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following change:

"3. Land shares of agricultural purpose at the rate to 5 hectares are indivisible.
Land shares of agricultural purpose over 5 hectares can be allocated to independent sites only within the sizes exceeding 5 hectares.
At the same time the sizes of the allocated independent sites cannot be less than 5 hectares.".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About management of lands of agricultural purpose" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 11, the Art. 678) the following change:
state Articles 15 and 16 in the following edition:
"Article 15.
The owner of land share of agricultural purpose has the right to sell it taking into account requirements of article 6 of this Law, without payment of the national duty.
The land share at the rate to 5 hectares can be sold only by single contour of land area, without crushing.
Allocation of land share in the independent parcels of land and their alienation are allowed only within the sizes exceeding 5 hectares.
At the same time the sizes of the allocated independent parcels of land cannot be less than 5 hectares.
Article 16.
The owner of especially valuable agricultural holdings has the right to alienate the parcel of land at the rate to 5 hectares only single contour of land area, without crushing.
