About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2006 No. 1462

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2006 No. 1462 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 189, 5/24215; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.11. 2012, 5/36501; 21:11. 2013, 5/38041) following changes:
in paragraph nine of Item 1 of the word" (injuries) which condition requires rendering fast and urgent" shall be replaced with words "(conditions) in case of which rendering the ambulance is required";
in part one of Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure and the directions of use of means of funds of precautionary (preventive) actions for types of the voluntary insurance approved by this resolution:
the thirteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"acquisitions of individual protection equipment, and also the medicines used for first-aid treatment and emergency medical service, medical products;";
the seventeenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"holding sanitary and anti-epidemic actions for public health care and actions for decrease in injury rate (obligatory medical examinations, preventive inoculations);";
in the List of diseases (injuries) which condition requires rendering ambulance and emergency medical service to the foreign citizens and stateless persons who are temporarily staying or temporarily living in the Republic of Belarus, approved by this resolution:
in the name of the word" (injuries) which condition requires rendering fast and urgent" shall be replaced with words "(conditions) in case of which rendering the ambulance is required";
