About entering of amendment and changes into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. add Item 3 with subitem 3.8 of the following content:
"3.8. For automation of consular activities the automated Consul system is used (further - the EXPERT "Consul").
ASSORTED "Consul" data on making of consular actions, other data of help and analytical nature concerning consular activities are entered.
The procedure for maintaining the EXPERT "Consul" is determined by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
Introduction, collection, processing, accumulating, storage, use of the data containing assorted "Consul" are performed without the consent of persons who addressed for making of consular actions.
Introduction of assorted data "Consul" is not disclosure of notarial secret.
The consular officials, other persons having access to data, containing assorted "Consul" having no right to transfer these data to the third parties, except as specified, established in Items 2 and 3 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 "About notariate and notarial activities" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 120, 2/1055; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.01. 2016, 2/2353).
