About single questions of diplomatic service
For the purpose of further enhancement of legal regulation of the relations connected with passing of diplomatic service:
1. Determine that:
the common directorship is performed by work on matching and arrangement of the managerial personnel of diplomatic service according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
The regulations on diplomatic representations, consular establishments and honorary consuls of the Republic of Belarus affirm Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
honorary consuls of the Republic of Belarus have the right on buildings and in the rooms used for accomplishment of consular functions to place the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
