About modification of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens"

Accepted by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on June 23, 2016

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2007, No. 5, the Art. 458) the following change:

add Article 5 with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) the addresses connected with implementation of ministerial procedures which procedure for consideration is regulated by the legislation on administrative activities and ministerial procedures.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
