According to Articles 7, of 15, 42 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and in connection with change of the name of National system of mass electronic payments (further - NSMEP) on National payment service provider "Ukrainian Payment Space" (further - NPS "SPACE") and with reduction of rates for transactions (services) which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine, in compliance with requirements of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 15.06.2017 No. 53

2. Approve changes in:

1) Rates for services (transactions) which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine in electronic payment system and in the field of settlement and cash servicing, the Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of August 12, 2003 No. 333, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2003 on No. 784/8105 (with changes) which are applied;

3. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Shatsky S. S.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine and other participants of NSMEP/NPS "SPACE".
