About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lotteries"

Being guided by Item 11 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lotteries" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2004, No. 5, Article 309; 2009, No. 7, Article 517) to make the following changes:

1.1. At the end of Article 2.0.14 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Article 2.0.15 of the following content:

1.3.2. in Article 3.2.1 "legal" to replace the word with the word of "nature";

1.4. In Article 8.1 of the word of "the state control" to replace with the word of "control";

1.5. To exclude the word of "normative" from Article 9.1;

1.6. Add with Article 10.4 of the following content:

"10.4. In the Azerbaijan Republic (except for the stimulating lotteries) the organizer of lottery pays supervision body behind the financial markets fee for the organization and carrying out lotteries in the amount of and according to the procedure, established by this body.".
