In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 16, 2013 No. 899 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state register of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic" of April 19, 2013 No. 626-IVQD and about modification of the "Provision on procedure for maintaining the State register of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 14, 2004 No. 134" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 5, Article 520, No. 12, Article 1550; 2015, No. 10, Article 1141) to make the following changes:
1. to exclude words from Item 4.1 "figure "16" replace with figure "15".
2. to add the word "9.12," to the beginning of Item 4.2.
3. give part 5 in the following edition:
"5. Item 4.1 of this Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2020, and Item 4.2 becomes effective since January 1, 2017.".
