Article 3. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication, except for regulations of Item 1 of Article 1 and Article 2, which become effective after 18 months from the date of entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.
