About modification of the Decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 13, 2013 No. 1464
According to Item 17 parts two of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of certification process of persons performing professional activity with securities in Ukraine, the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Item 3 of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market (further - the Commission) of August 13, 2013 No. 1464 "About approval of the Regulations on certification of specialists in questions of the stock market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2013 for No. 1572/24104 (with changes) to exclude.
With respect thereto items 4 - 7 to consider respectively Items 3 - 6.
2. Approve Changes in the Regulations on certification of specialists in questions of the stock market approved by the decision of the Commission of August 13, 2013 No. 1464, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2013 for No. 1572/24104 (with changes) which are applied.
3. (N. Libanov) to provide to department of the development strategy of the stock market submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To provide to management of international cooperation and communications publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the Commission.
5. And clerical works to provide to department of information technologies promulgation of this decision on the official site of the Commission.
