Art. I. – In article 22 of the Law on veterans No. 190-XV of May 8, 2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 84-86, 392), with subsequent changes, the name and part (to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 22. Sizes of personal benefits

(1) the Personal benefit is established in the following sizes:

a) to the persons awarded honorary titles and awarded with medals – 50 lei;

b) to persons awarded with awards, except for persons awarded with the awards "Ordinul Republicii", "Stefan cel Mare", Labour glory of 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree and persons which gives the rank of the Hero of Socialist Work – 100 lei;

c) to the persons awarded honorary titles, awarded with medals and awards – 100 lei;

d) to persons awarded with the awards "Ordinul Republicii", "Stefan cel Mare" and Labour glory of 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree and persons which gives the rank of the Hero of Socialist Work, – 500 lei.".

Art. II. – This law becomes effective since July 1, 2016.
