Approve Regulations on procedure for training, advanced training of the specialist in customs clearance, and also issues, renewals (prolongation of effective period), suspensions, the terminations and cancellations of the competence certificate of the specialist in customs clearance according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of its official publication.
