About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the oncological help to the population"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the oncological help to the population" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 8, the Art. 469) the following changes:
1) in Article 2:
a) in part 4 "freely" shall be replaced with words the word "according to the procedure, approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";
b) state part 6 in the following edition:
"To persons suffering from malignant new growths including persons who are not citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, the emergency (urgent) medical care is provided free of charge.";
The word "freely" shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 3rd Article 8 "according to the procedure, approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";
3) in Article 9:
a) to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:
"-on providing with the medicines included in the list of the vital medicines in the amount approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;";
b) in paragraph eight to exclude the word "free".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
