1. Bring in the Code of the data which are the state secret, No. approved by the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of August 12, 2005 440, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 17, 2005 at No. 902/11182, the following changes:
1) in Item 5 of General provisions:
after the paragraph of the eighth to add with the new paragraph the ninth the following content:
"GKU - Ukroboronprom State concern.
With respect thereto the ninth - the fortieth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the tenth - the forty first;
2) in Section 2 of the Data which are the state secret:
