"Chapter IX.1. Forest-park green belts
Article 62.1. Forest-park green belt
1. For the purpose of realization of the right of citizens to the favorable environment forest-park green belts - the zones with the limited mode of environmental management and other economic activity including the territories in which the woods are located and the territories of green fund in borders of city settlements which adjoin to the specified woods can be created or constitute with them single natural ecological system.
2. In case of creation of forest-park green belts around the federal cities the territories of green fund included in forest-park green belts are determined by appropriate subject of the Russian Federation.
