a) in Item 1:
to add the paragraph of the thirty second after words of "renewable energy resources" with the words "or peat";

"establishes rules, criteria and procedure for qualification of the generating object functioning on the basis of use of renewable energy resources or peat as corresponding to the target indicators established according to the main directions of state policy in the field of increase in energy efficiency of power industry. The objects performing the combined development of electrical and heat energy belong to the generating objects functioning on the basis of use of renewable energy resources or peat if the specified objects use renewable energy resources or peat for development of electrical and heat energy;
performs support of use of renewable energy resources or peat, and also stimulation of use of energy effective technologies according to the budget legislation of the Russian Federation;
