About modification of the Standard agreement of underwriting

1. Bring in the Standard agreement of underwriting approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 18, 2012 No. 1240, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 21, 2012 at No. 1949/22261 (with changes), the following changes:

1) the words "series, number and date of issue of the license for implementation of the corresponding type of professional activity in the stock market, the term of its action" and the words "series, number and date of issue of the license, term of its action" shall be replaced with words "series, number, date of issue of the license (in case of availability) the dealer on implementation of the corresponding type of professional activity on share rynkedeyatelnost according to the securities trading and/or date and number of the decision of the Commission on licensing for implementation of professional activity in the stock market - activities for the securities trading;";
