"Rules of boundary regime are not applied to the vessel under the flag of foreign state transporting passengers tourists for the purpose of visits according to the schedule of one or several ports and (or) Items which is not performing landing or disembarkation of other passengers, unloading (loading) of loads, except for supplies, and having the operating authority in the field of tourism to passengers and to crew members of this vessel in case of calling the ports and (or) Items located in regions of the internal sea waters and the territorial sea of the Russian Federation adjacent to the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation entering the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation and (or) the Far Eastern Federal District according to the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation according to the legislation on internal sea waters, the territorial sea and contiguous zone of the Russian Federation.";
