About approval of Changes in the Technique of conducting state examination of land management documentation
According to the paragraph to the fourth part one of article 22-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About state examination of land management documentation", to the paragraph to the fourteenth the subitem 2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2014 No. 197, I order:
1. Approve Changes in the Technique of conducting state examination of land management documentation approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources of December 3, 2004 No. 391, No. 1618/10217 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 21, 2004 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To department of town planning, architecture and layout of the territories (Belous S. Ya.), to Department of normative legal regulation (Vernigor Yu. Yu.) together with Public service of Ukraine concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory (Martynyuk M. P.) to provide submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
