Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of March 6, 2006 No. 35-FZ "About counteraction to terrorism" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 11, Art. 1146; No. 31, Art. 3452; 2008, No. 45, Art. 5149; No. 52, Art. 6227; 2009, No. 1, Art. 29; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4166; 2011, No. 1, Art. 16; No. 19, Art. 2713; No. 46, Art. 6407; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4041; No. 44, Art. 5641; 2014, No. 19, Art. 2335; No. 23, Art. 2930; No. 26, Art. 3385; 2015, No. 1, Art. 58) following changes:

1) in Article 5:

a) add part 2 with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) is established by order of interaction of federal executive bodies, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies, physical persons and legal entities in case of verification of information on threat of making of act of terrorism, and also informing subjects of counteraction to terrorism on the revealed threat of making of act of terrorism.";

b) in part 4 the fourth and fifth offers to exclude;
