Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 8, 2/1892; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.01. 2016, 2/2353) following amendments and changes:
1. In Article 1:
after paragraph one to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:
"risk analysis - process of assessment by the bodies and organizations exercising the state sanitary inspection, the state bodies and other state organizations exercising departmental control in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population, the medical scientific organizations of public information for identification (detection) and risks assessment for the purpose of taking measures to the prevention and minimization of these risks (risk management) and also for the purpose of informing in accordance with the established procedure state bodies, the organizations, physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs about availability of risks;";
paragraphs two - to consider the twenty fourth respectively paragraphs third - the twenty fifth;
to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"the state sanitary inspection - the activities for the prevention, detection, suppression of violations of the law in the field of the sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population, sanitary and epidemiologic, hygienic requirements and procedures established by technical regulations of the Customs union, Eurasian Economic Union performed for the purpose of health protection and the habitat of the person;";
after the paragraph of the twelfth to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:
