About modification of the Regulations on tender committee on candidate screen on substitution of positions of officials in departments of the Eurasian economic commission
According to article 9 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 54 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:
1. Paragraph one of Item 14 of the Regulations on tender committee on candidate screen on substitution of positions of officials in departments of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 12, 2014 No. 99, to state in the following edition:
"14. The decision by results of carrying out tender is made by members of tender committee of ECE in the form of the recommendation to the Chairman of Board. The specified decision is made by secret vote by a majority vote from number of the present members of tender committee of ECE. The organization of secret vote is assigned to the secretary of tender committee of ECE. The procedure for carrying out secret vote affirms the order of the Chairman of Board.".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
